The MSPMentor Top 501 was released on March 3rd. Newmind was placed at #214! If you account for only North America, Newmind jumps to #165!

The MSPmentor 501 report is based on data from MSPmentor’s global online survey, conducted October-December 2013. The MSPmentor 501 report recognizes top managed service providers based on a range of metrics, including annual managed services revenue growth, revenue per employee, managed services offered and customer devices managed.
While the list isn’t based on customer satisfaction we can honestly say that our growth has been due to our work over the last 2 years improving customer happiness. We’ve been using NetPromoter to help us track our progress and the team’s hard work has been paying off. Our score has consistently been around 80 and we’ve seen 100% growth in just the last year!

IT and specifically the Top501 MSPs have seen seven straight years of growth with a global combined annual recurring revenues of $2.61 billion. Together, those MSPs now manage more than 700,000 servers, according to Jessica Davis, managing editor, MSPmentor.

While we may be celebrating our great success, we also want to give a shout out to the other 10 Michigan MSPs who have been included on the list. Only 8 other states had more MSPs listed than Michigan and its shows that tech is growing and so is our state!
