Newmind Group welcomes accounting intern Selena Salazar

This month, Newmind Group welcomes the newest member of our Admin Team, Selena Salazar!

Selena joins us from Western Michigan University, where she’s currently studying accounting. She’s entering her Junior year of undergrad, and before that, she graduated from Kalamazoo Central.

She first discovered our call for an accounting intern on Handshake, and she’s excited to build her network and get some on-the-job experience with our team. Today, she spends her time working with our Accounting lead Amy to stay on top of accounts payable and receivable.

In her free time, Selena enjoys shopping and trying out new restaurants in West Michigan. Her current favorite is Mi Pueblo on Gull road, for their tacos. She’s also a music fan, and her current rotation includes Snoh Aalegra, Tyler the Creator, and Kendrick Lamar.
