Together, they provide a baseline of protection and stability for your team and, when necessary, for Newmind Group technicians to remote in for support. These tools are installed on your workstations, and feed into customizable dashboards that track the health of your devices.
These tools are available for $5/user/month, and work best in tandem with a Newmind Group service agreement. In a Fully Managed relationship, these are included at no additional charge, and Newmind engineering team will have access to your dashboards to provide monthly reports and strategic advice.

We install the full set onto your workstations, and they provide management tools for automated device patching, network and inventory management, and remote access for our helpdesk team. They also grant you:
- Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
EDR provides threat detection using advanced tools like Ransomware Canaries, and automatically contains threats found on your endpoints. EDR also stacks with Microsoft Defender to enforce policies more effectively, and is backed by a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR)
ITDR monitors and protects your email inbox, and your identity within Microsoft 365. It’s specialized to prevent unauthorized access to your system by detecting and responding to threats like session hijacking and credential theft.

Compliance, data retention, and threat response backed by an AI-assisted SOC.
