Michelle leads a team of skilled professionals in talent recruiting, organizational development, and leadership development, and it’s her job to help them focus on their core strengths. When a new product of theirs—outside their area of expertise—hit a snag just a week before launch, and it was outside their area of expertise, she knew she needed the right partner to find a solution fast.

A Bump in the Road

Leader Momentum was on their way toward a new product launch, and it was a big one as it called for some automation to roll out a new digital product (and save her team a ton of admin time along the way). As the launch drew closer, Michelle noticed something wasn’t quite right in the automation that was going to handle that job.
